Prime sil
Epoxy primer for velox sil
Foul-release silicone antifouling for propellers
Velox sil keeps submerged surfaces clean thanks to the low surface tension of the silicone finish, which allows any organism to detach with the movement of the propeller or with a light cleaning using a sponge.
Prime sil is a hybrid epoxy primer with a unique and innovative blend of resins that provides exceptional adhesion to metal parts and withstands extreme conditions of galvanic currents and cavitation. specially designed for the velox sil silicone coating.

Velox sil is a kit composed of a new silicone antifouling coating and an innovative hybrid primer, free of biocides and substances of very high concern (svhc) for operator health, such as carcinogenic substances.
Therefore, it has a lower environmental impact and simplifies safety management on site (environmental permits, chemical risk assessment, health monitoring of applicators).
Velox sil has been field tested with results that have allowed the product to be refined to achieve exceptional performance, exceeding expectations in both adhesion and effectiveness.
Below is a propeller after several months in the water, at the end of a period of frequent use:
Below are images of the same propeller after more than eight months in the water, then unused for several months (more than four). the first image shows the propeller as it was before moving the boat, the second after spinning the propeller for a few minutes.
