Shipping costs and expenses of Customs


  • Deliveries will be prepaid in whole Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal from 100 € purchase with the following conditions:
    • It may not exceed 80 kg of actual or volumetric weight.
    • For free deliveries Francobordo will choose the means of shipping will be delivered to Post Office or Kiala Point next to the client address.
    • If returning the product/s, the amount of the refund is requested it will be deducted shipping costs that will eventually be bonificaron.
  • For orders not exceeding 1000€ buys Penísula and Balearic Islands will be charged when ordering a concept of sizes, depending on the volumetric weight of the order
  • For orders that are sent to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or any conutry diferent of Spain, shall be charged on the concept of order sizes, depending on the volumetric weight of the order.
  • For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or any country out UE made ​​by courier, the customer will pay the costs for the DUA, the office of entry and local taxes (TAXES ...)
  • Orders are sent by the following means:




- Delivery to mainland in 1-2 business days.
- Shipping time Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 7-10 working days.

For other countries Francobordo give the delivery time to the costumer. Francobordo send to the costumer by email the tracking number.
This shipping option is not available for the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.




In Spain the costumer olso can choose a Kiala point to pick the order up.


  • FRANCOBORDO delivery orders throughout the Spanish territory (Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.) And Portugal. Please ask for another countries.
  • May not deliver to PO. Mail.
  • Shipments to public places such as yacht clubs, Company, Commercial, ... will be made on request. FRANCOBORDO is not liable if the material is delivered to the agreed site and do not receive the client.
  • Shipments will be made complete orders. If you want to advance the delivery of a product with respect to delivery of the remainder indicated in the order please make paying the amount of the shipping charges for that product and then shipping the remaining items.
  • Once an order is in preparation to be shipped can not be canceled.
