This prestigious fast-drying black contact adhesive has been used by Cressi for gluing its wetsuits for decades.
• Made in Italy and specifically formulated for neoprene, it can be recognised by its distinctive smell compared to other adhesives. Supplied in 30 g tubes.
• Gluing instructions: clean both surfaces thoroughly with alcohol and allow to dry completely. Apply a layer of glue and let it dry for 5–10 minutes, until it no longer sticks to your fingers. Then join the parts.
• For particularly important or delicate repairs, apply a second layer after the first one has dried. It's better to allow excess drying time between the two parts than too little — be patient.
Join, press firmly and maintain pressure for at least a couple of minutes.
• Do not use the bonded item before 24 hours have passed.
• Do not apply any external reinforcement once glued, as the diluted adhesive acts as a solvent.
