Nepto: follow your freedives, recovery intervals and training sessions

The Cressi Nepto combines a dedicated freediving programme, configurable alarms and training tools in a watch-style format. Its high-contrast screen and two-button controls make key information accessible underwater and on the surface. Designed and manufactured by Cressi Elettronica in Italy.

Tools for every session

• Information during the dive Automatic activation below 1.2 m. View current and maximum depth, instantaneous speed, dive time and number, temperature, total session time and clock time.
• Surface monitoring Five pages show the previous dive, surface interval, number of dives, accumulated surface and underwater times, maximum depth, minimum temperature and the dive-to-surface time ratio. Individual dives from the session can also be reviewed.
• Configurable alarms Visual and audible alerts for surface time (SURF-T), dive time (DIVE-T), five depths and depth steps (STEP). SURF-T is adjustable from 1 to 10 minutes in 30-second steps.
• Interval training Split stopwatch, countdown from 1 second to 23 h 59 min 59 s, and DUAL-T: two alternating phases from 1 s to 59 min 59 s for up to 99 cycles. Stopwatch and countdown continue in the background.
• Records to review your progress The logbook stores date, start time, total duration, surface and underwater times, dive count, maximum depth and minimum temperature. Adjustable sampling balances profile detail against available memory.
• Additional monitoring Eight-level Taravana interval function, BLOODSHIFT warm-up-dive reminders, four-level TIDE indicator with rising/falling direction, and HYD hydration reminders adjustable from 1 to 4 hours in 30-minute steps.
