Sensor to be applied on the outside of the tank, with micro radar technology that detects fluid levels without coming into contact with the contained liquid.
• connects to Bluetooth or BUS networks
• Plug and play installation
• no need to dismantle the tank, measures the liquid level from above, with no risk of leakage
• works with all types of liquids
The Gobius C sensor is mounted on the top part of the tank and the maximum measuring depth of the tank is 2 meters.
The Gobius C 2.0 Analogue Sensor (27.183.01) can be connected to control systems and analogue instruments such as KUS, VDO, WEMA, Faria (10-190 Ohm, 240-33 Ohm, 4-20 mA and 0-5 V). Additionally, there are two single on/off outputs to indicate when the tank is empty or full, ensuring a continuous analogue signal.
The Gobius C Basic (27.183.03) is the entry level model of the range.
• Compared to model 27.183.01, it does not provide a continuous analogue signal
• it only indicates discrete levels (on/off)
• Ideal for simple applications where you only want to know if the tank is full, half full or empty, without the need to connect it to external instruments
The installation for all versions Gobius C (27.183.01), Gobius C / NMEA 2000 (27.183.02) and Gobius C Basic (27.183.03) is carried out via the phone using Bluetooth through the app.
During the initialisation of the Gobius C Sensor setup, the user can configure the tank's shape to ensure accurate liquid measurement, even for tanks with irregular shapes.
For the Gobius C / NMEA 2000 version (27.183.02), after completing the installation:
• the cable (length 1 m) must be connected to the NMEA 2000 network
• wait for the Gobius C sensor to be identified in the boat's NMEA 2000 system
