The Small Boat Underdeck Furling Unit is an ideal solution for sportboats and daysailers ranging from 4.8 m to 9 m (16 to 30 ft). This system features a drum located beneath the deck, which lowers the tack height to maximize usable sail area. An optional hoistable ball bearing halyard swivel can be installed on the headstay, allowing you to raise or lower the sail without removing the headstay. The swivels operate independently of the headstay, enabling separate tensioning of the luff from the mast rake.
