The Simrad XSONIC AIRMAR SS164 is a versatile, 1 kW, stainless steel, through-hull, tilted, dual-frequency, depth and temperature transducer. The SS164 is perfect for fast, trailered, tournament, and sportfishing vessels that cannot install a through-hull transducer with a fairing.
It is great for deep water bottom and structure fishing up to 500m/1640ft. You can calculate depth and temperature from one compact sensor. It works at 50 kHz and 200 kHz for good target detail in shallow water and excellent bottom tracking in deep water. It provides extremely accurate data, even at speeds of up to 30 knots. The low profile housing minimises drag with just 6.35mm extending outside of the hull. The 0° tilt is ideal for boats with a 0° to 7° hull deadrise.
