  1. What is the Reward Point Program?

    To thank all our customers for their support all this time, we have launched this great promotion.

    Our reward for points is as simple as it sounds. Most of the articles that you understand on Francobordo.com will earn you points to exchange them for products.
    Once you have obtained the points, you will use them for future purchases at Francobordo.com.
    These points will only be obtained and spent when you make your product purchases through our website and will not be applied to purchases made in the Store, by Email, or by Telephone.

    Your points expire 12 months after they are issued.

     

  2. How does the Program work?

    The more points, the more significant discount on your purchases
    Buy, comment, and you will earn points

    When you purchase products included in this promotion, the points will be added to your customer account. You will be able to check how many points each of the products will add up before making your purchase by entering the product on our website. You can also earn points by doing quality reviews on our products. Shipping costs will not add points.

    Those points will be added to your account as "pending points."
    All pending points can be found in My account >>> My points and points are redeemed until they are validated and approved by Francobordo.com.

    When the pending points appear as "confirmed," they will be available to be redeemed by you in subsequent purchases.

    You will need to log into your account to check the status of your points.

    During the purchase process (choose the shipping method, payment method, etc.), you will be able to pay your order, in whole or in part, using the balance of your points.

  4. Redeeming Shopping Points

    Redeem your points for items whenever you want

    If you have accumulated points in your Points account and they appear as confirmed, you can use those points as part of the payment of the purchases you make at Francobordo.com.
    During the purchase process, on the same page where you select the payment method, if the order is more than € 40 in products, the system will show you an option that you can choose if you want to exchange the Freeboard-Points as part of the payment. Check the box to use all the points you have. Please note that you will always have to select a payment method to complete the purchase process, even when you have enough points to pay for the entire purchase. In this case, you must choose "Transfer" as the payment method to complete the process, but you will not have to make the corresponding payment.
    Continue with the purchase process until you reach the Order Confirmation page, and check that the value of your points has been deducted from the total amount of your purchase. After confirming your order, your points account will be updated, and the used points will be deducted from your balance.
    Note that any purchase made with Freeboard-Points will also be rewarded with more Freeboard-Points on the amount of the purchase not paid with points.

  5. Minimum Points Required

    Redeem your points at any time

    Currently, there is no minimum point balance required to be able to deduct your points. You will be able to spend your points even if you have only one point in your account. Please, bear in mind that you will have to choose another means of payment to cover the total of your purchase.

  6. Minimum Purchase Amount Required

    A minimum of € 40 in products is necessary for the system to give you the possibility of using the points in your account, (transport costs, insurance, payment commission, etc. do not count to reach that amount). If your order does not reach € 40 in products, the points will be saved in your account until their expiration date, in case you want to use them in a later order.

  7. Maximum Points Redemptions allowed per order

    You can deduct all the points in your account but you have to bear in mind that once you agree to deduct the points, if your order is less than the amount to be deducted, the remaining points will be lost.

    Your Review must meet all of the following conditions:

    • Your Reviews must be original.
    • Reviews must be focused and concise on the product under review.
    • Reviews should not duplicate content already published.
    • Be truthful and objective.
    • Reviews should not include posts that have spam, commercial, or advertising content or links.
    • The reviews have going to be bigger than 250 words. 
    • Reviews should not abuse, harass, or threaten another's personal safety.

  16. Conditions of Use
    • Shopping Points are only available to registered Francobordo.com members and members who are no professionals in the sector.
    • Shopping Points Reward can only be collected and used with online purchases and are only validated at Francobordo.com.
    • Shopping Points cannot be obtained for purchases in our physical store or made through email or telephone.
    • Shopping Points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between members.
    • Shopping Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
    • Shopping Points will not be refunded for any canceled order.
    • Shopping Points obtained for products that are subsequently returned will be eliminated. 
    • The points used for the total or partial payment of an order will be deducted from the total to be refunded if the total or partial return of that order is eliminated.
    • When buying with Points, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Shopping Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
    • When calculating the number of points earned. Shipping fees and taxes are excluded.

  18. What happens when I return or cancel a product?
    • The points obtained for the purchase of that product will be removed from your points account.
    • If you used your points as a total or partial payment for an order, in the case of returning any of the products included in that order, the points used will be deducted from the return to be made and will not be returned to your points account.
    • If you used your points as a total or partial payment for an order, in the event of cancellation of the order, the amount paid for said order will be refunded and the points used will not be returned to your points account.
