Cut a 115mm hole in the tank.
Loosely screw together the two plates with the stainless split pin in place.
Lightly coat the O-ring with dishwasher liquid and put it between the two plates.
Rotate the bottom plate through the hole in the tank and tighten the central screw to create a seal with the O-ring on the tank's top surface.
