The fixed Cruise Pod motors are the preferred electric motors for sailing yachts. All Cruise Pods come with an integrated GPS with an onboard computer and display showing speed, input power, charge level, and remaining range, with a compact, low-drag, and lightweight pod thanks to the advanced helical gear design. The Cruise 6.0 is a 48-volt Pod motor with an equivalent 9.9 HP output, ideal for yachts up to 6 tons.
The Cruise 6.0 FP comes with the advanced Torqeedo communication system, TorqLink, enabling faster and more accurate data exchange between system components. Pair it with the TorqLink throttle lever (1976-00) or (1949-00) with the side-mount Sail throttle lever (sold separately). Motor comes with standard fixed propeller, or choose the optional folding propeller (1988-00).

TorqLink is the advanced electronic communication system Torqeedo developed for the Deep Blue and is now integrated into selected Cruise motors, throttle levers, and Power 48-5000 batteries. All products with the TorqLink designation communicate seamlessly from startup. The TorqLink Gateway (2217-00) allows integration of non-TorqLink components into your system.
