Crosseven Quick thruster BTQ250 anode

Quick thruster BTQ250 anode

The anodes sacrifice themselves for the benefit of the protected metals.
They must be cleaned and replaced regularly.
Warning, When they are worn beyond 60%, they no longer retain their protective capacity.
For seawater, use either a zinc alloy or an aluminium alloy anode.
At equal intensity, an aluminium anode weighs three times less than a zinc anode, has a higher electronegative potential and pollutes less.
Ideal for protecting aluminium hulls.
For sailing exclusively in freshwater, a magnesium anode should be preferred
