The Alpha Compact alternators are optimised to provide high continuous output power in energy storage applications. Combined with our Alpha Pro regulators, they create a high-performance charging solution suitable for all types of batteries, including lithium-ion.
The Alpha Compact alternators adapt easily to the power take-off (PTO) brackets of most engine manufacturers. When space is a critical factor, the Alpha Compact can also be used to replace the alternator with a more powerful model.
High-performance plug & play alternators
Compared with conventional alternators, the Alpha Compact offers light weight, reduced dimensions and low fuel consumption. This is made possible by its open design with dual internal fans. Temperature is controlled by integrated temperature sensors.
Models
The Alpha Compact series consists of four models in 12 and 24 V versions. We are developing special models for Volvo Penta engines. Consult your account manager for information on solutions for your application.
Accessories
Multi-groove freewheel pulleys in various diameters and widths are available to optimise the pulley and belt alignment.
Insulating bushings - the negative pole of the Alpha Compact alternators is connected to the housing. Isolated operation is possible by installing insulating bushings.
Modern Euro 5/6 engines include an automatic start-stop system. There are numerous solutions for detecting engine operation.
