Triple-interlock foil joints are engineered to withstand years of torque loading, ensuring long-lasting durability and secure attachment. The system combines geometric precision, chemical bonding, and mechanical fastening for a robust connection.
Geometric Interlock: The foil connector’s specific geometric shape interlocks directly with the foil surface.
Adhesive Securing: The joint is secured using syringe-injected adhesive for reliable bonding.
Final Mechanical Lock: Screws provide the final lock to ensure the connection remains secure under stress.
