Pump 170 CT + EMB - 8° CONE

Hydraulic pump for inboard engines with axial pistons that allows the oil contained in the circuit to be sucked in and pumped out when the steering wheel or wheel is turned. Its displacement will determine the number of rudder turns required to perform a port/starboard manoeuvre. The pump, fitted with non-return valves, prevents any movement of the rudder when the helm is not turned. Some models are fitted with pressure relief valves to protect the system from any abnormal pressure build-up.
