High-performance soft start for isolation transformers up to 13 kW.

Mastervolt supplies three automatic switching systems for capacities of 6, 9 and 13 kW which - in combination with an IVET transformer - match the shore current to the on-board system. As a result, a 230V/50Hz system can easily operate on a shore connection in America or the Caribbean. Make sure that the on-board frequency (50 or 60 Hz) is the same as the shore current frequency.

Soft Start is an automatic switch responsible for managing the current. The inrush current of the isolation transformer is suppressed to prevent problems with the marina pedestal fuse.
