With the new Gen2 paddlewheel, ST900 transducers outperform other paddlewheel sensors in terms of sensitive start-up and linearity. They provide accurate readings at speeds as low as 0.3 knots and maintain a consistent output even at 45 knots. The Gen2 paddlewheel is the most sensitive and accurate speed transducer available for sailboats today. ST900 also includes a fast-response water temperature sensor.

ST900 is compatible with a wide range of Raymarine instrument systems, including 40 Speed and Bidata, i50 Speed and Tridata, the iTC-5 instrument data converter, and earlier Raymarine and Tacktick speed instruments.

The ST900 speed/temperature transducer can be fitted to an existing Airmar B120 housing in the hull, so upgrading the transducer can be done quickly and easily.
