Inflatable boat glue neoprene - hypalon 750ml two-component
High-performance solution for repairing flexible neoprene-hypalon boats.
Formulated without Toluene, the adhesive offers excellent initial adhesion and long-lasting hold, even in extreme conditions.
It is specially designed for nautical applications, including boats made from technical fabrics.
Its formulation allows a cold open time of 10 to 60 minutes, ensuring great application flexibility.
It can be used as a single-component adhesive for rapid bonding, or as a two-component adhesive with catalyst (5-10%) for enhanced thermal resistance up to 90°C.
- Type: Single-component solvent-based adhesive.
- Compatible substrates: Neoprene, Hypalon.
- Adhesion: Very strong on contact, quick-drying.
- Open time: 10 to 60 minutes depending on conditions.
- Solvents : Toluene-free formula.
- Application: Fine, even sizing of both sides, aeration (approx. 10 min), pressure bonding.
