Set consisting of 6 MVSV gel cells, 2V and 280Ah, supplied in 1 transport box. Allows battery banks to be configured with different voltages and capacities by means of series and parallel connections.
This set comprises 6 MVSV gel cells, each with a nominal voltage of 2V and a capacity of 280Ah at the C10 rate. It is intended for stationary systems requiring a high storage capacity, continuous operation and flexibility to adapt the battery bank to the electrical requirements of the installation.
The standard configuration connects the 6 cells in series to obtain a 12V, 280Ah bank. Other combinations can also be made: two strings of 3 cells connected in parallel give 6V and 560Ah, while three strings of 2 cells give 4V and 840Ah. In a series connection the voltages are added and the capacity remains the same; in parallel the voltage remains the same and the capacities are added. The cells used in the same installation must be of the same model, capacity and state of charge.
Valve-regulated lead-acid technology keeps the electrolyte immobilised in gel and does not require topping up with water. The cells can be installed in a vertical or horizontal position, always with the same orientation within the bank. When installed horizontally, they must each be supported on a suitable rack over their entire surface.
The 6 cells are supplied in 1 transport box.
