CHIRP sounder module

Designed for serious anglers, the CP470 sounder module delivers the best target separation and high-resolution CHIRP sounder images to Raymarine multifunction displays. By using a wide frequency spectrum and greater sensitivity, the CP470's advanced CHIRP transceiver can see through dense bait balls, identify thermoclines and at the same time identify fish on screen.

Built for offshore and harsh sailing conditions, the CP470 intelligently filters unwanted noise while delivering identifiable high-resolution targets and reliable bottom tracking.

Superior target definition and enhanced sensitivity thanks to Raymarine's exclusive wide-spectrum CHIRP sounder technology: detects fish, identifies bait and tracks the seabed down to 3,000 metres thanks to its two adjustable CHIRP channels.

TruZoom magnification mode reveals even more detail, with no loss of resolution.

Easy to customise

Select the optional transducer that best suits your fishing preferences. Low, medium and high frequency ranges are available, and you can choose a wide-beam or narrow-beam transducer.

The CP470 automatically recognises the connected transducer and adjusts the sounder parameters for optimised performance.

View and control each CHIRP channel independently and create your own combination of full-screen or split-screen sounder windows on your Raymarine multifunction display with LightHouse II.
