The Simrad QS80 dedicated steering remote offers intuitive controls and a 1.7-inch display for adjusting course, heading, rudder angle, or autopilot mode from anywhere on board. This remote complements the touchscreen controls on your multifunction display, providing dedicated steering for your fully integrated autopilot system.
It enables autopilot control from multiple stations, ideal for fly-bridges and dual-helm setups. The QS80 features Non-Follow-Up steering, giving you direct control over your boat's rudder.
Move the spring-loaded joystick to port or starboard to turn the rudder, which holds its angle until you release the joystick. Pulling the joystick down quickly centers the rudder, making it easy to exit turns. You can also toggle between auto and manual steering instantly without removing your hand. Installation is simple, allowing flush-mounting with included accessories or external mounting via an optional kit.
