Compact Sanitary Processor for Grey and Black Water
This powerful and compact sani-processor with integrated electric macerator and pump allows the installation of conventional domestic toilets on larger vessels.
Especially on large boats, owners often wish to install luxury toilets in the style and color of their choice, just like at home.
To meet this need, VETUS has developed the Sani-processor, featuring an electric macerator and pump, which enables the use of a standard domestic toilet on board.
The Sani-processor easily connects to a standard toilet via a 102 mm diameter hose (with a minimum drop of 50 mm per meter).
When the toilet is flushed, the Sani-processor collects the contents, macerates it, and pumps the resulting sludge to a holding tank or directly overboard through a hose of only 19 mm diameter. The entire process takes between 10 and 30 seconds and is virtually silent. In the unlikely event of a blockage, the unit can be easily cleaned by removing the inspection cover. All connection hoses must be watertight. We recommend using VETUS sanitary hose, type SAHOSE.
