The FACILE Ultraspan ® is the new version of the Facile model, a wetsuit highly appreciated by divers who dive all year round and considered the most thermally efficient non-drysuit option on the market.
In the new version, an extraordinarily elastic Ultraspan® lining has been applied to the interior, greatly facilitating the donning and doffing of the suit, and allowing surprising freedom of movement, lined on the inside with X-PLUSH®, a material with excellent thermal properties.
Its thickness is differentiated: 8 mm for maximum protection in all vital areas and 5 mm on the arms, thighs, knees, and hood, with the aim of increasing freedom of movement, and 3 mm in the sealing zones or thermal reinforcement areas.
The possibility of water ingress is minimized through a series of technical features, without the need to use a waterproof zipper. To limit water entry through the main front zipper, the Cressi WSS® (Water Stop System) system is used: a 3 mm neoprene bib, attached to the inside of the suit.
The small amount of water that inevitably enters through this zipper does not reach the diver's body, as is usually the case, but is stored in the inner face of the one-piece suit and the bib, which in turn has a thin non-matching zipper. This bib, in addition to improving sealing, increases the thermal memory of the neoprene in the sensitive chest area. This exclusive solution makes the Facile HF one-piece suit warmer than any other similar combination on the market.
The integrated hood, which prevents annoying water leaks through the neck, has a special Air Free valve that automatically removes excess air that usually accumulates in the hood.
The double 3 mm smooth neoprene cuffs, also with Ultraspan® lining, guarantee practically total sealing by acting as a sandwich with gloves and booties.
