Construction and Specifications

• Materials: Constructed from mildew-resistant Manila rope and durable hardwood steps, providing strength and reliability and long-term performance in demanding marine environments.
• Lengths: Available in lengths ranging from 3 to 30 meters, corresponding to approximately 10 to 91 steps.
• Standardization: Key dimensions and construction features are standardized in accordance with SOLAS/MED/USCG requirements, including step dimensions, ladder length, step spacing, material specifications, and overall structural design.
• Accessories: Replacement steps are available, and an additional securing rope can be supplied upon request.

Compliance and Certification

• Approvals: All Embarkation Ladders are SOLAS/MED/USCG approved, with certification provided at no additional cost.
• Regulations: Comply with the Marine Equipment Directive 2014/90/EU and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1667, the SOLAS 74 Convention as amended (Regulations III/4, III/11, III/34, and X/3), the LSA Code as amended, IMO MSC.1/Circ.1285 and IMO MSC.1/Circ.1630, as well as ISO 5489.
