Modular dual-station VHF radio system

Raymarine's Ray90 fixed-mount modular VHF radio takes multi-station communications to a whole new level of power, performance and flexibility. The Ray90 is a black-box VHF radio with a transceiver that stays hidden out of sight, while the ergonomic RayMic handset and remote speaker provide full control of the radio with crystal-clear sound.

- The Ray90 is equipped with a powerful 25-watt transmitter and commercial-grade electronics to improve its service life and performance. It includes channel scanning, dual and triple watch, and weather alerts as standard. Class D Digital Selective Calling (DSC) radio and integrated GPS make advanced setup of safety and calling functions easy. Simply enter your vessel's MMSI number during setup and you're ready to go. GPS operation requires the optional GA150 passive GPS antenna.

Position tracking

Use the Ray90's position tracking feature to stay in contact with up to 5 nearby DSC-equipped vessels. Boat positions are shared automatically with your Raymarine multifunction display. Keep an eye on other boats while underway, monitor vessels of interest, or manage your local fleet. In Europe, the Ray90 supports the ATIS system on inland waterways.

Loudhailer

The built-in loudspeaker on the Ray90 can be heard both on deck and on the other side of the harbor. Connect an optional fog horn and make your presence known with 30 watts of audio output, plus it works as a two-way intercom. In foggy conditions, the loudspeaker can also be set to automatically sound the required fog signals for powerboats and sailboats, or in underway or anchored situations.

Waterproof and rugged

The Ray90 transceiver unit is built from solid aluminum to provide resistance to impacts and vibration, as well as achieving maximum heat dissipation. The RayMic handsets feature super-bright backlighting for easy viewing under any circumstances, plus large keys that provide a secure grip with easy access to the most frequently used functions.

The Ray90 system includes 1 wired RayMic handset and a passive speaker kit. Expand your system with an additional RayMic handset and a remote speaker. For noisy environments, choose the optional active remote speaker. No matter the size of the boat: the Ray90 has all the power and performance you need to effectively achieve seamless communications while underway.
