Harken Small Boat furling systems enable trailerable cruising and dinghy sailors to set and furl the jib directly from the cockpit. The system features a hoistable ball bearing halyard swivel that installs on the headstay, allowing the sail to be raised or lowered without removing the headstay. These swivels operate independently of the headstay, providing separate control over luff tension and mast rake.
Cockpit Operation: Allows sailors to set and furl the jib from the cockpit.
Hoistable Swivel: Ball bearing halyard swivel installs on the headstay for raising or lowering the sail without headstay removal.
Independent Tension: Swivels are independent of the headstay, permitting separate tensioning of the luff from the mast rake.
