The i50 Tridata display perfectly combines depth and speed data on an easy-to-read 3-line display. Trip and log data, sea surface temperature and speed over ground are now close at hand.
The Raymarine i50 Tridata brings together the functions of a speed log and a depth sounder. It thus provides depth data in feet or metres and lets you set the thresholds for the shallow water alarm, depth alarm and anchor alarm, both for deep and shallow water.
It also provides speed data, both current, maximum and average, and total and trip log in knots, miles per hour or kilometres per hour, as well as water temperature (in degrees Celsius ºC or degrees Fahrenheit ºF). It features countdown and stopwatch functions.
Easy to see, easy to use
The entire Raymarine i50 series stands out for its ease of use. Not only is it easy to use, it is also designed to be easy to see. It offers an excellent viewing angle in all conditions, both day and night; all data appears on the monochrome LCD screen with good-sized digits, and it also has red backlighting to improve night visibility.
Its convenience and simplicity is another of its advantages; it features large controls that make it easy to use while underway. Installation is also very simple, with a front-mounting design.
Compatible with all Raymarine series from Pathfinder
The entire i50 range can be interconnected and share data, and is also designed to be the perfect complement to any of the Raymarine multifunction displays with which they can be interconnected and share information.
Connectivity
The i50 can be connected to various products and systems to share information, thereby improving the functionality of the overall system. These connections can be made using different protocols. It is compatible with NMEA 2000, SeaTalkNG (Next Generation, an extension of NMEA 2000), which allows the connection of marine instruments and equipment. It uses a simple network node to which compatible instruments can be connected using spur cables or network branches. It also supports the traditional SeaTalk1 protocol.
