The P79S in-hull transducer easily adapts to hulls with a deadrise of up to 22º, ensuring the beam is oriented vertically to receive echoes, resulting in accurate depth readings. Unlike traditional transducers, the P79 consists of an angled base that is bonded to the hull and filled with liquid. The transducer is fitted onto the base with a small twist. Sound waves travel more effectively through the liquid and deliver the best possible performance.
